From identifying real-world vulnerabilities to mentoring thousands of aspiring tech professionals, Sourav has built his career at the frontline of cybersecurity. As an active bug bounty hunter, he has worked with live systems, uncovering security flaws and strengthening digital infrastructures — not just studying them.

Having trained 5,000+ students, he brings a rare combination of deep technical expertise and practical teaching methodology. His approach goes beyond theory — focusing on real attack simulations, problem-solving, and industry-ready skill development.

With a vision to create highly competent, confident technology professionals, he founded Penlamp Academy of Advanced Learning — a platform dedicated to delivering practical, online training in coding, ethical hacking, full stack development, and networking.
